We are looking for a responsible and target-oriented Loan Recovery Executive to manage overdue loan accounts and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers regarding overdue EMIs and pending loan payments.
- Follow up with customers through calls and field visits, if required.
- Negotiate repayment plans and resolve payment-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of recovery activities and customer interactions.
- Achieve monthly recovery targets while maintaining professional customer relationships.
- Follow company policies and applicable recovery guidelines.
Requirements:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in loan recovery or collections is preferred.
- Ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
- Strong follow-up skills and a target-driven approach.
