Handle inbound customer queries professionally
Explain company products/services clearly
Generate and follow up on leads
Maintain call records and customer information
Achieve daily and monthly call targets
Coordinate with the sales and support teams
Good verbal communication skills
Ability to handle customers politely and confidently
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM – preferred)
Active listening and convincing skills
Time management and discipline
Graduate (preferred)
Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is an advantage
Excellent command of spoken English with clear pronunciation and fluency
