About Nanoverse:

Nanoverse is a next-generation immersive kids’ play and gaming arena, creating high-

energy, technology-driven experiences for children and families.

Role: General Manager – Nanoverse

We are looking for a hands-on, energetic and commercially driven General Manager who

will take complete ownership of the Nanoverse location — from converting birthday party

enquiries to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Birthday Sales & Customer Conversion

• Attend and respond to incoming calls, WhatsApp and social media leads.

• Convert enquiries into birthday party bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer queries, follow-ups, quotations and package negotiations.

• Build strong relationships with parents and drive repeat bookings/referrals.

• Ensure a seamless customer journey from enquiry to event completion.

2. Complete Location Operations

• Take complete ownership of the day-to-day operations of the Nanoverse centre.

• Act as the HOD and primary point of contact for the location.

• Plan and execute birthday parties smoothly, ensuring every event runs on time and to

the highest standard.

• Manage staff, customer service, gaming operations, housekeeping and overall centre

readiness.

• Oversee complete billing, collections, settlements and daily revenue reporting.

• Ensure SOPs, safety standards and service quality are consistently maintained.

• Handle operational issues and resolve customer concerns promptly.

Team Management

• Lead and manage a team of 5 reportees.

• Allocate responsibilities, monitor performance and maintain staff discipline.

• Train and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer experiences.

• Ensure the team is fully prepared before every birthday/event.

Key Success Metrics

• Birthday party bookings & revenue

• Lead-to-booking conversion

• Customer satisfaction & repeat bookings• Smooth execution of every event

• Billing & collection accuracy

• Team productivity and operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• 3–7 years of experience in hospitality, entertainment, F&B, kids’ entertainment,

retail or location management.

• Strong communication and sales conversion skills.

• Excellent people and team-management abilities.

• Highly organised and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities.

• A hands-on, problem-solving attitude — this is not a desk job.

• Ability to take complete ownership of a location and deliver results.

Job Details

Designation: General Manager – Nanoverse

Location: New Friends Colony, South Delhi

Team: 5 direct reportees

Working Days: 25 days/month

Salary: ₹40,000-60,000/month (negotiable based on experience)
