Make outbound calls to potential customers for Personal Loans & Overdraft facilities
Explain loan features, interest rates, eligibility, and documentation clearly
Generate quality leads and convert inquiries into disbursed loans
Follow up with customers regularly to close sales
Collect and verify required documents from clients
Coordinate with internal processing and banking teams
Maintain daily call reports and lead status updates
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Excellent communication & convincing skills (Hindi/English required)
Experience in banking, loans, or financial telesales preferred
