Work Schedule: 6 Days Working + 1 Rotational Off
Shift: General Shift
Language: Fluent English – Mandatory
Experience: Prior Telecalling / Food Delivery Industry Experience Preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller to join our team for food delivery app onboarding. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with restaurants and potential partners, explaining the onboarding process, assisting them with registration, and ensuring successful partner onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to restaurants and potential restaurant partners.

• Explain the food delivery app, its features, benefits, and onboarding process.

• Convince and assist restaurants/partners with the registration process.

• Collect and verify the required details and documents for onboarding.

• Follow up regularly with interested and potential restaurant partners.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and onboarding status.

• Achieve assigned daily/weekly onboarding and calling targets.

• Resolve basic queries related to the registration and onboarding process.

• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth partner onboarding.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Fluent English communication is mandatory.

• Prior telecalling, sales, or food delivery experience will be preferred.

• Good convincing and negotiation skills.

• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads.

• Target-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain call/lead records.

• Ability to work 6 days a week with 1 rotational weekly off.
