Job Title: Telecaller

Location: Noida Sector 16

Mode: On-Site

Experience Required: 6 Months – 1 Year

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers with excellent communication skills to join our team at our Noida Sector 16 office. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support and be comfortable handling a high volume of outbound calls daily.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make 200–250 calls per day to potential or existing customers.

2. Explain products/services clearly and effectively.

3. Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales (if applicable).

4. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in the system.

5. Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.

6. Achieve daily and monthly call and performance targets.

Required Skills:

1. Excellent verbal communication skills (English & Hindi both).

2. Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

3. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

4. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

5. Good listening skills and positive attitude.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling/telesales/customer service.

2. Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred.

3. Willingness to work on-site in Noida Sector 16.
