Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads for residential and commercial properties.

• Handle incoming inquiries related to property sales, rentals, and site visits.

• Explain property details, pricing, location, amenities, and payment plans to prospective clients.

• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

• Schedule property visits and coordinate with the sales team.

• Maintain customer databases and update lead details in Excel or CRM software.

• Achieve daily calling targets and contribute to lead generation and sales conversion.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.

• Confident and persuasive telephone communication.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.

• Positive attitude, convincing skills, and a customer-focused approach.

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Working Details

• Working Days: 6 days a week

• Working Hours: As per company policy

• Salary: Negotiable based on experience and performance
