We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to connect with prospective customers, generate leads, and support our sales team in growing the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate business leads.

• Explain company products and services, including TallyPrime and related business software solutions.

• Understand customer requirements and identify potential sales opportunities.

• Follow up with leads, existing customers, and prospects through calls and WhatsApp.

• Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team.

• Maintain and update customer information, call records, and lead status in the company database or CRM.

• Handle customer queries professionally and provide basic information about products and services.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead generation, and follow-up targets.

• Coordinate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into customers.

• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for renewals, upgrades, and additional services.

Job Requirements

• Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service will be an advantage.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi; basic English communication is preferred.

• Confident, persuasive, and professional approach while speaking with customers.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Google Sheets, email, and WhatsApp.

• Ability to understand customer needs and explain products clearly.

• Good follow-up skills, patience, and a positive attitude.

• Target-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to learn about business software and accounting solutions.
