Mandatory experience in Australian sales/lead generation.
Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of approximately 50 agents.
Drive daily team performance and ensure achievement of sales and lead generation targets.
Monitor individual and team KPIs, productivity, conversion, and call quality.
Conduct regular performance reviews and identify areas for improvement.
Coach team members on sales techniques, objection handling, communication, and closing.
Monitor calls and ensure adherence to quality and process standards.
Handle escalations and resolve team-related operational issues.
Prepare and share daily/weekly performance reports with management.
Ensure discipline, attendance, productivity, and process compliance within the team.
Work closely with management to implement strategies for improving team performance.
Prior experience handling a large team of 40–50+ agents is required.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Team Leader/Team Management role.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Proven experience in achieving and driving sales targets.
