We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products or services, and generating leads or sales. The candidate should handle customer inquiries, follow up on prospects, and maintain accurate call records. Good communication skills, confidence, and a persuasive approach are essential. The Telecaller must meet daily and monthly targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. Basic computer knowledge and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required. Prior experience in telecalling or sales is preferred but not mandatory. A positive attitude and result-oriented mindset are key to success.
