Role Description

• This is a full-time work from office role for Pre-Sales Executive located in Bangalore.

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate interest in real estate projects.

• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant project information.

• Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp to ensure proper lead conversion.

• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

• Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely information.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.

• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with prospective customers.
  

Qualifications

• Fluency in English, Kannada, and Telugu is mandatory.

• Good verbal communication and convincing skills.

• Prior experience in telecalling, pre-sales, or real estate is preferred.

• Target-oriented, confident, and customer-focused approach.

• Sunday working is imperative.

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

• Problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach
