Job Title: Female Tele Sales Executive

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Depending on Experience)

Job Overview

Netcradus Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and confident Female Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. The role involves outbound calling to potential clients and generating business for our services including Cyber Security, Website Development, and Digital Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads

• Explain company services (Cyber Security, Website Development, Digital Marketing)

• Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions

• Fix appointments or schedule meetings for the sales team

• Maintain client database and follow-up regularly

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

• Build strong client relationships over calls

Requirements

• Female candidates only

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred

• Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM is a plus)

• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated

• Prior tele sales or sales experience preferred (Freshers can apply)
