Job Title: Back Office Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a Back Office Executive to handle sales calls and maintain accurate data records. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, following up on leads, updating customer information in the system, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls and follow-ups
Maintain and update client data in Excel/CRM
Prepare daily call and sales reports
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth process flow
Requirements:
Good communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Organized and detail-oriented
Prior experience in sales/back office preferred
Location: Noida sec 27
Salary: As per company standards
