Job Summary:
Black Opal is looking for a confident and energetic Tele caller to handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up with leads, explain property offerings, and schedule site visits. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain available real estate projects.
Handle inbound inquiries, provide project details, and resolve customer questions.
Generate leads and maintain a database of prospective clients.
Follow up with clients regularly to encourage site visit bookings.
Schedule site visits for the sales team and ensure proper coordination.
Maintain call logs and update CRM/lead management systems.
Achieve weekly and monthly calling/reporting targets.
Build positive relationships with customers to enhance conversions.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
0–3 years of experience in tele calling, customer service, or real estate (freshers welcome).
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
Basic computer knowledge.
Preferred:
Experience in real estate tele calling or lead qualification.
Female candidates preferred.
