Tele Sales

We are hiring Membership Sales Executives to promote and sell membership plans to prospective customers through telephonic interactions.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in telesales, insurance sales, credit card sales, loan sales, or any outbound sales process.

Eligibility

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate

• Experience in Telesales, Insurance Sales, Credit Sales, Loan Sales, or Customer Sales

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply

Roles & Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers through outbound calls

• Explain membership benefits and offerings

• Understand customer requirements and address queries

• Convert leads into sales

• Maintain customer records and follow-up activities

• Achieve monthly sales targets

Salary & Benefits

• CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA

• PF & ESI Benefits

• Attractive Incentives (Average ₹5,000 per month)

• Fixed Hike of 10% every 6 months based on performance

• ₹10,000 Bonus every 6 months

Target Structure

One of the key advantages of this role is the achievable sales targets:

• First 3 Months (OJT Period): Only 1 Sale per Month

• Up to 1 Year: Only 2 Sales per Month
