Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our Banking Sales team as a Virtual Relationship Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers over phone/video channels, understanding their financial needs, and promoting banking products such as loans, credit cards, and other financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Generate sales through inbound and outbound customer interactions.

Promote and sell Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans, Credit Cards, and other banking products.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through virtual interactions.

Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable banking products.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Follow up with prospective customers and ensure timely closure of leads.

Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.

Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory guidelines.

Deliver an excellent customer experience while maintaining high service standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

1 to 6 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI) Product Sales.

Experience in selling Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, Mutual Funds, CASA, or other banking/financial products is preferred.

Freshers with exceptional communication skills and relevant sales exposure may also be considered (subject to business requirements).

Required Skills

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and the regional language.

Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Customer-centric approach with convincing ability.

Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.

Target-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in Banking, NBFC, Finance, or Insurance sales.

Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
