We are looking for a Counsellor to join our team. Freshers can also apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students/customers over phone or online

  • Understand their needs and provide correct guidance

  • Explain courses/services and resolve queries

  • Follow up with interested candidates

  • Maintain records and reports

Requirements:

  • Freshers only

  • Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)

  • Positive attitude and convincing skills

Salary & Benefits:

  • Fixed Salary: ₹5,000 – ₹15,000/month

  • Incentives: Up to ₹5,000
