Tele Sales Executive – Loan Process

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and confident candidates for Tele Sales profile. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, explaining loan products, generating leads, and closing sales.

Job Responsibilities

Handle outbound and inbound customer calls

Explain loan products and offers to customers

Generate leads and maintain regular follow-ups

Assist customers for Personal Loan, Home Loan, Business Loan & Car Loan

Coordinate with banks and internal team for smooth processing

Maintain daily call reports and customer database

Achieve monthly sales targets

Required Skills

Good communication and convincing skills

Basic computer knowledge

Customer handling and follow-up skills

Target-oriented approach

Tele sales experience preferred

Preferred Experience

✔ Preferably candidates with loan sales/loan telecalling experience

✔ Experience in Personal Loan, Business Loan, Credit Card or Banking Sales will be an advantage

Qualification

12th Pass / Graduate / Any Stream can apply
