Tele calling

• Outbound Calls:

  Initiate calls to potential and existing customers to promote products, services, or gather information. 

• Inbound Calls:

  Handle incoming customer calls to address inquiries, resolve issues, and manage complaints. 

• Lead Generation:

  Generate sales leads by identifying potential customers and following up on previous interactions. 

• Customer Interaction:

  Persuade customers to make purchases, schedule appointments, or provide feedback. 

• Record Keeping:

  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in a database. 

• Customer Satisfaction:

  Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues. 

• Target Achievement:
