Location: Kamla Nehru Nagar, JaipurExperience: 1–3 YearsSalary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

Incoming और outgoing calls के माध्यम से ग्राहकों से बात करना।

Leads को follow-up करके appointments या sales convert करना।

Customers को products/services की सही जानकारी देना।

Customer queries और complaints को professionally handle करना।

CRM/Excel में customer data और call records maintain करना।

Daily call targets और follow-up reports तैयार करना।

Required Skills

Excellent Hindi communication (English knowledge preferred).

Good convincing and negotiation skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM).

Positive attitude और customer handling skills.

Target-oriented और self-motivated.
