Responsibilities
· Make calls to existing business leads and for new leads.
· Keeping in touch with prospective clients.
· Maintain consistent contact with existing clients.
· Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
· Keep client database updated
· Manage sales pipeline.
· Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
· Support in writing new business proposals
· Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
· Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients
· Follow company guidelines and procedures for converting leads into business deals and forwarding the leads to the seniors
· Maintain proper MIS of ongoing leads, converted clients, in process leads, etc. and use it properly during promotional activities.
· Sending regular marketing material, blogs, offers, etc.to existing clients and prospective clients.
· Meet clients for understanding their requirement as per need.
· Getting Industry data and scheduling meetings with the clients for business development.
