Job Title: Field & Office Sales Executive – Special Purpose Machines

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month + benefits

Role Summary:

We are seeking a technically inclined Sales Executive to manage both field customer visits and office sales coordination. You will handle inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up on payments, and resolve critical issues independently.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations

· Respond to new and existing customer inquiries promptly and professionally

· Prepare and send accurate quotations independently

· Manage email communication and follow-ups effectively

· Track and follow up on customer payments, resolve delays

· Provide quick solutions in critical situations using sound judgment

· Maintain polite and professional behaviour with customers and team

· Visit customer sites as needed (own two-wheeler required)
