Key Responsibilities
• Estimation & Quoting: Prepare detailed price quotations based on a technical understanding of construction materials and project requirements.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term rapport with Purchase Managers and procurement teams.
• Field Engagement: Conduct occasional site visits to verify material needs and support project progress.
• Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any fulfillment issues.
• Customer Advocacy: Act as the main point of contact to ensure a smooth, professional experience for the client.
Qualifications
• Preferred: Engineering Degree
• Proven experience in construction material sales or estimation.
• Strong ability to read technical specs or Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to coordinate between sales and operations.
