Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, site visits, and client references
Connect with potential clients and understand their requirements
Present project details clearly and professionally
Conduct site visits and assist clients throughout the buying process
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales
Maintain client database and update CRM regularly
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closure
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
1–5 years of experience in sales (real estate preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities
Target-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
Preferred Skills
Experience in real estate / property sales
Ability to handle client objections and close deals
Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
