JOB REQUIREMENT:
We are looking for an experienced Life Insurance Team Leader who can join along with an existing team of 5 experienced team members.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead and manage a team of 5 Life Insurance Sales Advisors. • Drive B2C life insurance sales and achieve business targets. • Monitor daily team performance and productivity. • Guide team members on sales techniques, customer handling, and follow-ups. • Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets. • Maintain daily sales reports and team performance records.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
• Prior experience in Life Insurance Sales is preferred. • Previous experience as a Team Leader or Team Manager is required. • Must be able to join along with a team of 5 experienced members. • Good leadership, communication, and team-management skills. • Candidates with experience in life insurance companies are encouraged to apply.

SALARY DETAILS:
• Team Leader: Negotiable based on last-drawn salary and experience. • Team Members: Up to ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and eligibility.

PREFERRED INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE:
HDFC Life, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, SBI Life, Tata AIA, Axis Max Life, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance, and other life insurance companies.
