Sourcing Manager

We are looking for a Sourcing Manager to join our team at Dzire Edutech And Management Pvt. Ltd.. This role involves providing manpower to our clients in time limit . Identifying leads, pitching services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. Increase manpower count in every plant. The position offers an salary of ₹25,000 - ₹50,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide manpower in plants as per their requirements.

• Give innovative ideas to source candidates in bulk from different mediums.

• Attend Job Fair

• Identify and engage in new business opportunities through various channels.

• Present, promote, and sell services effectively.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 4 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in is an added advantage.
