Job Description – Senior Supervisor (Recruitment Consultancy)
Position: Senior Supervisor
Industry: Recruitment Consultancy
Location: Pune
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Experience: 5–6 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the recruitment team.
Monitor daily recruitment activities and ensure targets are achieved.
Handle client requirements and coordinate with recruiters for timely closures.
Train, guide, and motivate team members.
Prepare recruitment reports and maintain MIS.
Ensure quality hiring and improve recruitment processes.
Manage candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Eligibility:
Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 5–6 years of experience in recruitment or staffing industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and client-handling abilities.
Knowledge of job portals and recruitment tools.
Proficient in MS Office and reporting.
Preferred Candidate:
Experience in Recruitment Consultancy/Staffing industry.
Ability to manage multiple clients and recruitment teams.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
