Senior Sales Executive

We are looking for 5 Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Swami Realators participating in real estate of Gurgaon since 30 years. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, Identifying leads, closing deals, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of 25000 to 40,000 In Hand Salary along with incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage in new business opportunities through various channels.

• Present, promote, and sell products or services to potential customers effectively.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth execution of the sales process.

• Prepare engaging presentations to highlight product benefits.

• Maintain a record of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups.

Job Requirements:

1.     He should be minimum 12th pass and in the age group of  between  20 to 35  years age.

2.    He should be having minimum 1years experience as a sales executive (with a field experience) in any sales organisation as our work is 50% in field and 40% on computers.  Experience in real estate will be preferred but not mandatory. The candidate must be ready to go in field for survey and showing properties to our clients.

3.    He must be having  good  computer working  knowledge i.e. posting data on computers, excel, power point etc.

4.    He must be having motor bike and license also.

5.     He must be having strong communication skills to interact with customers and ability to close deals. Proficiency in job skills is and added advantage

6.     Salary will be given Rs 25,000/- to 32,000/- per month +5% commission + petrol charges for office work+ one mobile for office purpose . 

7.Kindly note only those candidates are elligble who are living in gurgaon or wants to settle in gurgaon. Canidates living outside Gurgaon are not elligible.
