We are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Consultant who can lead from the front, drive sales performance, and build a high-performing team in the real estate segment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives
Drive revenue targets and ensure timely closures
Handle client interactions, meetings & site visits
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Track team performance and improve productivity
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in real estate sales
Prior experience in team handling / leadership role
Strong communication & negotiation skills
