1. TELECALLER

Job Responsibilities:

- Make inbound and outbound calls to candidates and customers.

- Explain available overseas job opportunities and company processes.

- Understand candidate requirements and provide accurate information.

- Schedule counselling sessions and office visits.

- Maintain candidate calling records and follow up regularly.

- Achieve daily and monthly calling/follow-up targets.

Requirements:

- Good communication skills in English, Telugu and Hindi.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Positive attitude and confidence on calls.

- Basic computer knowledge preferred.

2. COUNSELLOR

Job Responsibilities:

- Counsel candidates regarding overseas employment opportunities.

- Understand candidate qualifications, experience and job preferences.

- Explain job roles, salary, eligibility, documentation and recruitment procedures clearly.

- Coordinate candidate screening and interviews.

- Follow up with interested candidates until the next stage of the process.

- Maintain proper candidate records and achieve assigned targets.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.

- English, Telugu and Hindi communication preferred.

- Overseas recruitment/Gulf job experience will be an advantage.

- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

3. HR EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle recruitment and candidate screening activities.

- Source candidates through calls, references, social media and other channels.

- Conduct initial candidate screening based on job requirements.

- Coordinate interviews, document collection and candidate follow-ups.

- Maintain recruitment databases and daily reports.

- Coordinate with the counselling and recruitment team.

- Support the company in achieving hiring targets.

Requirements:

- Good knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- English, Telugu and Hindi preferred.

- MS Office/basic computer knowledge.

- Freshers and experienced HR/recruitment candidates can apply.

4. CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle candidate/customer enquiries professionally.

- Provide accurate information regarding company services and processes.

- Respond to calls and WhatsApp enquiries.

- Resolve customer questions and coordinate with the concerned department.

- Maintain enquiry records and follow up with customers.

- Ensure professional and courteous communication at all times.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

- English, Telugu and Hindi preferred.

- Patience, confidence and a professional attitude.

- Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.

5. FRONT OFFICE EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist candidates and visitors at the office.

- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department.

- Manage candidate registrations, appointments and office enquiries.

- Maintain visitor and candidate records.

- Coordinate with HR, counselling and recruitment teams.

- Ensure the reception area and front-office operations are organized.

- Provide professional support to candidates visiting the office.

Requirements:

- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.

- Good communication skills in English, Telugu and Hindi.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Good organizational and interpersonal skills.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

💰 SALARY

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Salary will depend on position, experience, communication skills and performance. Incentives may be applicable for eligible positions.
