We are looking for a proactive and persuasive sales professional to manage and convert inbound B2B inquiries received through IndiaMART, Alibaba, website forms, social media, WhatsApp, exhibitions, and other sales channels. The role involves lead qualification, customer communication, follow-ups, quotation coordination, and order conversion for House Of Heritage's handcrafted products and sourcing services.
Key Responsibilities
Handle all incoming B2B inquiries from IndiaMART, Alibaba, website, email, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
Understand buyer requirements, quantities, customization needs, and timelines.
Qualify leads and categorize them based on potential order value.
Coordinate with sourcing, operations, and product teams to prepare quotations.
Follow up regularly with prospects to maximize conversions.
Schedule meetings and product presentations for high-value prospects.
Maintain lead records and sales pipeline in Excel or CRM.
Share product catalogs, samples, pricing, and company profiles with prospective buyers.
Build relationships with retailers, distributors, corporate gifting companies, exporters, and hospitality buyers.
Track inquiry-to-order conversion rates.
Generate repeat business from existing B2B customers.
Assist in identifying new sales opportunities and market segments.
Preferred Experience
1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, B2B sales, IndiaMART lead handling, or business development.
Experience handling wholesale, export, gifting, home décor, handicraft, or lifestyle products preferred.
Strong verbal and written English and Hindi communication skills.
Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Excel, email, and CRM tools.
Ability to negotiate and close deals through phone and online communication.
