Team Leader (TL) – Sales

Role Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.

Monitor daily calling activities and team performance.

Support team members in lead conversion and client handling.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Coordinate with management to achieve revenue goals.

Ensure quality client interactions and adherence to company policies.

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ Years of Experience in Sales Team Handling, Tele Sales, Financial Services, or Stock Market Industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Telugu Language Mandatory.

Hindi & English Telugu Communication Required.

3️⃣ Business Development Associate (BDA) – Voice Process

Role Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound client calls.

• Explain company advisory services and subscription plans.

• Understand client requirements and guide them regarding stock market opportunities.

• Generate leads and convert prospective clients.

• Maintain daily reports, client records, and follow-ups.

• Achieve assigned business targets.

Requirements:

• Freshers and Experienced Candidates can apply.

• Experience in Voice Process, Telecalling, Sales, or Customer Support is preferred.

• Telugu Language Mandatory.

• Hindi & English Communication Required.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday:9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday:10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Weekly Off:• Sunday
