Job Details

• Work Location: Kothaguda, Hyderabad

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8 hours mandatory)

• Working Days: Wednesday to Monday

• Weekly Off: Tuesday

• Working Days per Week: 6 days

• Saturday & Sunday: Mandatory working days

• Incentives: Attractive incentives based on sales performance

• Work Mode: Work from office preffered.

Candidate Profile

Preferred Experience

• Candidates with prior real estate experience will have an added advantage.

• Candidates from Banking, Insurance, Channel Partner firms, and other sales-oriented real estate domains are also welcome.

• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.

Mandatory Requirements

• Must own a 2-wheeler.

• Must have an own laptop.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert opportunities into sales.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Willingness to work on Saturdays and Sundays.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage prospective customer leads.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

• Conduct property presentations and site visits.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Follow up consistently with prospective buyers.

• Negotiate and assist customers through the sales process.

• Achieve assigned sales targets.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth closure of deals.
