About the site

Trip and Tales is a tourism-focused digital platform built around thoughtfully curated travel content, heritage initiatives, and audience engagement. The platform is designed to be white-labelled for businesses, organizations, tourism boards, and other clients, allowing them to launch their own branded version with flexible subscription options (with or without advertisements).

As this is our first sales initiative, you’ll be working on a new and evolving business model rather than following conventional sales playbooks. This internship offers an opportunity to contribute ideas, experiment with outreach strategies, and grow alongside the business.

• Sales

  • Execute cold and warm email campaigns to generate leads and schedule meetings.

  • Build strategic partnerships and SEO backlink opportunities through outreach.

  • Engage with prospects, negotiate pricing, and explain subscription and billing models.

• Bloggers outreach to SEO linking

  • Connect and link established bloggers for mutual linking.

• Market Outreach

  • Identify potential customers through online research and lead generation.

  • Understand customer requirements and map them against product capabilities.

  • Identify product gaps and provide structured feedback.

• Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi (North India focus).

  • Strong internet research and lead generation skills.

  • Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

  • Basic understanding of pricing, business models, and B2B sales.

  • Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn sales, marketing, and emerging business strategies.

• Stipend & Incentives

  • Fixed Stipend: ₹5,000 per month

  • Sales Incentive: ₹5,000 or one month’s client billing amount (whichever is higher) for every successful client onboarded.

  • Blogger incentive – ₹500 for every SEO linking with 10+ DA ranking site.

• It is a Full Time అమ్మకాలు / వ్యాపార అభివృద్ధి job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
