Job Summary

Book My Bharat Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dynamic, target-driven, and customer-focused Travel Consultants to join our International Holidays Sales team. The role involves selling customized international holiday packages, understanding client requirements, preparing personalized itineraries, and converting leads into confirmed bookings. This is a target-based sales role, requiring excellent communication, destination knowledge, and strong sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries for international holiday packages.

• Understand customer travel preferences, budget, and requirements.

• Design and sell customized international travel itineraries.

• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings by providing exceptional customer service.

• Recommend suitable destinations, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, visas, travel insurance, and other travel-related services.

• Negotiate with clients and close sales to achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

• Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of bookings.

• Stay updated with international destinations, travel trends, visa regulations, and supplier offers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Minimum 6 months - 1 year of experience in International Holiday Sales or Travel Sales.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong knowledge of international destinations and customized holiday packages.

• Ability to prepare attractive and personalized travel itineraries.

• Target-oriented with a proven sales mindset.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly sales targets.
