Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end responsibility for Sales & Marketing of residential projects
• Strategize communication and marketing plans for project launches
• Build a strong network of HNI clients and influential buyer agents
• Develop aggressive marketing strategies for brand positioning and market penetration
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI-driven campaigns
• Drive sales pipelines and achieve targets as per the Annual Operating Plan
• Guide the team through negotiations and deal closures
• Collaborate with service providers for BTL activities and visibility initiatives
• Leverage digital marketing platforms for lead generation and engagement
MBA (Marketing) with 12 years of experience
• Proven ability in product and pricing finalization during project launches
• Strong exposure to social media, digital marketing, and ATL/BTL activities
• Excellent networking, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Experience in international and cross-regional sales
• Reports to: Director
📍 Location: Office – Law College Road, Pune | Work Location – PAN India
Language Preferred - Telugu [ mandatory ]
English, Hindi Preferred.
