Shift: Day Shift (Flexible as per business needs)
Preferred Candidate: UP/Delhi NCR

Job Description:

Devrana Resort is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to increase bookings, generate revenue, and promote the resort across various channels. The candidate will be responsible for handling corporate sales, event bookings, and marketing activities to enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and drive room bookings, events, and group business

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

• Handle corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners

• Promote the resort through online and offline marketing channels

• Manage social media, campaigns, and promotional activities

• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups

• Build long-term relationships with clients and partners

• Track sales performance and prepare reports

Requirements:

• Graduate (MBA/Hotel Management preferred)

• 2–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (preferably in hotel/resort industry)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Target-oriented and self-motivated
