Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to drive business growth and increase revenue. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and executing effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert them into sales

• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships

• Handle client meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline)

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and corporate partners

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Prepare reports on sales performance and market trends

Requirements:

• 12th pass

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Target-oriented and result-driven approach

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus
