Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join Radio Kitchen. The candidate will be responsible for increasing food sales, promoting our brand across online and offline channels, generating new business opportunities, and building relationships with corporate offices, hotels, PGs, hostels, and local customers.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic digital marketing knowledge, and the ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Radio Kitchen and increase daily food orders and revenue.

• Generate new business leads from corporate offices, hotels, PGs, hostels, and nearby businesses.

• Visit nearby offices and commercial establishments to promote food delivery and bulk meal services.

• Develop corporate catering, bulk food orders, and regular meal subscription opportunities.

• Manage promotional activities on Swiggy, Zomato, WhatsApp, and Google Business Profile.

• Create and distribute promotional offers, flyers, posters, and digital marketing content.

• Manage customer inquiries, follow up with potential clients, and convert leads into orders.

• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and business partners.

• Monitor competitors, local market trends, and promotional offers.

• Maintain daily sales reports, lead records, customer databases, and marketing activity reports.

• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or field sales preferred.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of social media marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and online food delivery platforms.

• Ability to conduct field visits and develop local business connections.

• Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and maintaining sales reports.

• Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.

• Experience in the restaurant, food delivery, hospitality, or FMCG industry will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

A self-motivated candidate who can generate new customers, develop corporate food business, increase online and direct orders, and help Radio Kitchen grow its daily sales.

Immediate joining preferred. Incentives will be linked to sales performance and business development results.
