Rs. 30,000/- per month

Age Requirement:

30 to 35 Years

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline

Experience Required:

Minimum 3 to 5 Years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the Manufacturing Sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

- Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.

- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups.

- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts departments for smooth order execution.

- Conduct regular market visits and client meetings.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

- Maintain proper customer database and sales records.

- Follow up for payments and outstanding collections.

- Understand market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

- Good computer knowledge is mandatory.

- Must have working knowledge of:

- MS Excel

- MS Word

- Email Communication

- Internet Operations

- Candidate must be fluent in:

- English

- Hindi

- Bengali

- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.

- Candidate should be confident, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Additional Requirements:

- Candidate must have a personal bike with a valid driving license.

- Willingness to travel for client visits and business development activities is mandatory.

- Preference will be given to candidates from plastic, woven sack, packaging, or manufacturing industries.
