Key Responsibilities:
Develop new customers and expand business in the refractory industry.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Visit steel, cement, power, foundry, and other industrial customers regularly.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable refractory products.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales orders.
Follow up on inquiries, orders, and payments.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and quality teams for timely deliveries.
Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit reports.
Participate in exhibitions, technical meetings, and promotional activities.
