Job Role – Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a smart and tech-savvy B2B Lead Generation Executive who can identify and generate potential business leads using LinkedIn, Apollo.io, AI tools, and other digital platforms.

The candidate should be able to identify decision-makers, build relevant databases, approach potential clients, and support the sales team with qualified B2B leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, Apollo.io, and other online platforms.

• Identify business owners, founders, directors, CFOs, and other key decision-makers.

• Build and maintain a database of potential clients.

• Use LinkedIn search and prospecting techniques for lead generation.

• Have hands-on knowledge of Apollo.io for prospect research, database building, and outreach.

• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other automation/productivity tools for research, content creation, and lead generation.

• Conduct market and company research to identify potential business opportunities.

• Support LinkedIn marketing and company page activities.

• Assist with basic digital marketing and B2B outreach campaigns.

• Coordinate with the sales team and provide relevant, qualified leads.

• Maintain accurate daily tracking of leads, outreach activities, and responses.

Preferred Candidate

• Practical experience using LinkedIn and Apollo.io is strongly preferred.

• Comfortable learning and using new AI and automation tools.

• Should understand the difference between simply collecting data and generating relevant business leads.

• Candidates with experience in financial services, fintech, banking, NBFCs, consulting, or B2B services will be preferred.
