Key Responsibilities
· Manage complete end-to-end project execution including planning, coordination, and monitoring
· Prepare and maintain project schedules, daily reports, and progress trackers
· Coordinate with design teams, site engineers, vendors, and contractors
· Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and workmanship guidelines are met
· Control project budgets, BOQs, billing measurements, and cost variance
· Conduct site meetings with clients and consultants
· Monitor vendor productivity and resolve site-level challenges
· Prepare snag lists and manage final handover & close-out documentation
· Ensure projects are delivered as per committed timelines
