About Us

Vyankatesh Software Solutions develops innovative business software for the transportation and logistics industry. Our flagship product, Trans9, helps transport companies digitize their operations through Tripsheet Management, Fleet Management, Diesel Tracking, Driver Management, Billing, Accounting, and Business Analytics.

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales & Marketing Interns who are eager to build a career in B2B Software (SaaS) Sales and Digital Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential transport companies and logistics businesses.

• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and online research.

• Schedule product demonstrations for prospective clients.

• Assist the sales team with client follow-ups and relationship management.

• Create and publish marketing content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.

• Support digital marketing campaigns, including social media and email marketing.

• Conduct competitor and market research within the transport and logistics sector.

• Maintain lead and customer information in CRM or Excel.

• Participate in exhibitions, customer meetings, and promotional activities when required.

• Prepare sales reports and marketing performance updates.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred).

• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.

• Interest in B2B software sales and technology products.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.

• Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT, or AI tools is an added advantage.

• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and target-oriented.

Eligibility

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Computer Applications, or a related field.

• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
