Job Summary:
We are looking for an executive to manage client communications, understand business requirements, share proposals and quotations, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain long-term client relationships. The role also involves follow-ups on projects, contracts, and payments while ensuring accurate records of client interactions and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with international clients to understand their market research requirements and business objectives.
Share proposals, sample reports, quotations, and other relevant information with clients and follow up regularly.
Coordinate with the research team to address client queries, customization requests, and project requirements.
Maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term partnerships.
Follow up on approvals, contracts, and payment status to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, opportunities, and project updates in internal database.
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel) and email communication.
