Position

Social Media & Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Handle WhatsApp Business and customer inquiries.

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.

• Upload new product photos, videos, and catalogs.

• Reply to customer messages and convert inquiries into orders.

• Coordinate with the sales and production teams.

• Maintain customer records and follow up with existing clients.

• Assist in creating marketing posts, reels, and promotional content.

• Prepare quotations, invoices, and order details when required.

• Support day-to-day office operations.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).

• Knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and Facebook.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email).

• Familiarity with Canva or basic graphic editing is an advantage.

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good teamwork.

Qualification

• Graduate or Undergraduate (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.)

Experience

• 0–2 years (Experience in garments, wholesale, or social media is preferred.)

Salary

• Competitive salary based on skills and experience.

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday
