Job Description – Education Counsellor (Program Advisor)

Location: Jaipur (Work From Office)
Experience: 1+ Year (Inside Sales / Education Counselling / Admissions)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: 6 Days a Week

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Education Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admission process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to convert leads into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students via phone and WhatsApp,

• Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable programs.

• Handle inbound and outbound leads efficiently.

• Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with students throughout the admission journey.

• Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.

• Update lead status and student information in the CRM.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless admission process.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Education Counselling, Admissions, or EdTech Sales.

• Excellent communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi.

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

• Target-driven mindset with a positive attitude.

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
