Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and proposals
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions (CRM tools)
Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements & Skills
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport quickly with clients
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
