Evinya Energy Private Limited specializes in delivering software-defined Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), supplying and configuring Battery Management System (BMS) hardware and creating custom BMS applications tailored for the EV and energy storage industries. We work closely with EV OEMs, BESS providers, system integrators, and dealers to deliver innovative, safe, and reliable battery and storage solutions. Our offerings include advanced BESS products for commercial and residential use, connected operational platforms for dealers, and customizable BMS and software solutions for various stakeholders. At Evinya Energy, we focus on optimizing battery lifecycle performance and ensuring better ROI for clients in the clean energy sector.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Rajkot for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients within the UPS/Inverter and energy storage ecosystem, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company's battery management systems and energy storage solutions.

Key responsibilities

Lead generation,
Presenting and negotiating business proposals
Customer satisfaction.
Collaboration with internal teams to align sales efforts with product offerings and market demands.

Qualifications

Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
Knowledge of energy storage systems, EV markets, battery technology, and BMS solutions
Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies to meet sales goals
Customer-focused mindset with a results-driven approach
Proficiency in CRM tools, along with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Relevant sales or technical experience in the energy or EV sector is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
