Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and other sales activities.

Prospect and connect with potential customers across target industries.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions and services.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful business opportunities.

Achieve assigned sales and customer acquisition targets.

Maintain and regularly update the sales pipeline and customer information.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and solution delivery.

Address customer queries and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve service-related issues.

Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on business development activities.

Monitor market trends and identify potential opportunities for business growth and expansion.

Work closely with team members and internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
